After Abortion Support– Keys to Hope and Healing

Keys to Hope and Healing is a gentle, step-by-step support program designed to help individuals begin the journey of emotional and spiritual healing after an abortion. Through six “keys,” participants explore the impact of abortion in a safe, supportive setting—either individually or in a small group led by a trained facilitator.
Topics include understanding grief, identifying emotional patterns, and reconnecting with hope and purpose.
This program is also helpful for anyone currently considering abortion. It offers an honest look at the emotional realities that can follow and helps participants make fully informed decisions.
We understand that post-abortion emotions can surface unexpectedly—weeks, years, or even decades later. You are not alone, and it is never too late to seek healing.

After Miscarriage or Stillbirth Support – Steps in HOPE

If you’ve experienced the heartbreaking loss of your baby through miscarriage or stillbirth, our Steps in HOPE group was created for you.
We believe:
- Your baby mattered.
- Your story deserves to be honoured.
- There is no “timeline” for grief.
Whether your loss happened recently or years ago, this program gently guides participants through shared experiences of loss, tools for processing grief, and space to connect with others who understand. You are free to share your story when and if you feel ready.
This is not a therapy group, but a peer-based support program with trained facilitators and a compassionate community.

Healthy Relationships – Connected
One-on-one or Group | Flexible scheduling year-round
Our Connected program helps individuals examine past relationship patterns, understand personal identity and worth, set healthy boundaries, and begin to build healthy connections. It’s especially helpful for those recovering from trauma or navigating the aftermath of loss.
